[포지션] 

• 1) Web Design Assistant 
• ​2) Accounting Assistant

[업무내용]

​              1) 웹디자인 인턴은 ​​디자인 팀에서 아래와 같은 다양한 업무를 지원하게 됩니다. 

• Simple logos or complex brand identities;
• Publications both printed and digitalized;
• Promotional advertising such as posters, billboards or digital banners;
• Entire website designs or individual graphical elements;
• Product design, packaging and more.

      ​​        ​ 지원자는 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, WordPress, After Sffects, SKetch, Microsoft Office 사용가능해야 하며, 영어로 기본적인 대화가 가능해야 하겠습니다.  

  ​​   

​​               ​2) ​어카운팅 인턴은 어카운팅 부서에서 아래와 같은 각종 업무를 지원하게 됩니다. 

• Record daily bank transactions
• Perform weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support preparation of monthly performance reports
• Assemble and file all supporting documentation as needed
• Count product in stock and posts totals to inventory records
• Track cancelled products and log to system
• Monitor inbound & outbound movement of inventory
• Receive, manage, and transfer phone calls & Messages promptly and courteously
• sort, route, and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Order and maintain office supplies for department staff and more.

               지원자는 Excel, Word, PowerPoint 등 MS-Office에 능​해야하며, 특히 Excel은 중상급 이상의 실력이 있어야 하겠습니다. 

 

 

[급여]

 

$12.00/hour
