[업무내용]

해당 Accounting 포지션의 인턴은 회계관련 각종 업무를 지원합니다.

그러므로 Excel을 비롯한MS-Office 사용에 능해야 합니다. 

- Prepares assist liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Documents financial transactions by entering account information

- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information : preparing balance Sheet,  Profit and loss statement, and other reports.

- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

- Prepares payment by verify documentation and requesting disbursements

 

[COMMENT]

주로 의료용, 치과용, 산업 검사용 디지털 엑스레이의 시스템관련 부품들을 개발/생산하고 있으며, 

본사는 한국에, 미국 뉴저지를 비롯해, 유럽, 일본 등 해외 각국에 지사를 두고 있는 기업입니다. 

한국 본사에는 200여명의 직원이 있으며, 인턴을 채용하는 미국 뉴저지 지점에는 현재 34명이 근무중에 있습니다.  

대부분의 직원들이 영어를 모국어로 사용하기에, 인턴 또한 어느정도의 영어실력이 되어야 지원이 가능하다는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
