업무내용

관련 각종 사무행정/회계 업무 관련 업무
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Identify errors and discrepancies in accounts payable documentation
- Vouch invoices accurately and prepare check-run  and wire transfer on weekly basis
- Generate monthly commission report
- Set-up and maintain vendor accounts in the system
- Assist in month-end closing process and any other duties assigned

LA다운타운에서 차로 30여분 거리에 위치한 근교도시 Cypress 에 위치한 수입/유통전문 회사 입니다.

직원 70여명의 규모로 회사에서 취급하는 상품은 대체로 뷰티, 건강, 생활용품이며,

한국을 중심으로 중국 등지에서 상품을 수입해 미국내 대형마트(Walgreen, Target, Walmart등)에 유통하고 있습니다.

회사내 영어를 모국어로 쓰는 교포분이나 현지인도 많이 있어 상대적으로 업무를 하면서 영어 사용의 기회가 많은 기업입니다.
