• 포지션 : Accounting Intern

• 급여 : $13.00 (hour)

 

• 업무내용 :

- Receive and process vendor invoices and reimbursements for payment

- Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts

- Perform daily cash deposit and related work

- Prepare and post journal entries

- Research and correct account discrepancies

- Assist with monthly closing in a timely manner

- Assist with audit preparation

- File documents

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

• 참고사항 :

- 근무 스케줄: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:45pm (45 min lunch break) + OT if necessary

- 인턴 근무지 상주 직원수(현시점 기준): 280여명

- 휴가 정책: 3 sick days and 5 vacation days per year
- 중식 제공 여부: not applicable  but company lunch provided occasionally
- 기타 지원 사항: Holiday pay, $4 snack
