• 포지션 : Accounting Intern

• 급여 : $13.00선 (hour) 추후 합격시 통보

 

• 업무내용 :

o Track overall team expenses including promotion expenses, service subscription, payments, purchase requests,

and unapproved/unexpected expenses on team operations.
o Collect invoices and receipts daily and report to the finance department.
o Request sample devices (e.g. Smartphone for product test) purchase and manage fixed assets of a team. 
o Open and manage new Amazon selling accounts
o Use GP (Microsoft Dynamics GP) for accounting management
o Upload online marketplace (e.g. Walmart and Bestbuy) and Amazon Vendor Central sales data using GP.

- Check online marketplace (e.g. Walmart and Bestbuy) and Amazon Vendor Central payment and expense.
o Monthly fixed asset counting with the finance department.
o Follow up payment/expense discrepancy

 

• 참고사항 :

LA 근교도시 Irvine에 본사를 둔 휴대폰 악세서리 제조업체에서 Accounting 포지션에 지원자를 모집합니다.

인턴의 근무 스케줄은 Mon-Fri 8:30-6:00 이며, 근무지 직원 수는 약 110여명이 근무 중 입니다.
