- 급여조건: $14.00/ hour

 

[업무상세정보]

 

1. First line of support for all technical, hardware, software, network, web, and ERP issues.
2. Maintain all IT assets: PCs, VoIP phones, peripherals, printers, in-house servers, etc.
3. Monitor ERP systems for all departments; troubleshoot any and all issues. Train/support users as needed.
4. Point of contact for third party EDI vendors.
5. Maintain company e-commerce website.
6. Initiate onboarding procedures for all new employees including setup of PC hardware and software in accordance with company standards.
7. Develop and write computer programs to perform specific tasks related to organizational goals
