[업무내용]
Responsible for the day to day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), general services, assistance to the manager; Handling reception, mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration
Manage Utilities, and other general vendor management.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliers
Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Food service management: Local vendors & Snack, all catering service.
Complete projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Responsible for general service duties to ensure general office needs are met including but not limited to:
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- 인턴 근무지 상주 직원수(현시점 기준): 112
- 근무스케줄: 주 40시간 기준 (08:30~17:30 )
- 숙소 지원 정책 : 없음
- 휴가 정책 : Paid Sick Leave, Paid Time Off는 없음. 무급으로만 가능
