[Hostess Officer]

급여 : S$1700

 

5 days, 3pm -2am. (Permanent afternoon shift)

9.5hours, (including 45min break)

 

*working days arranged by Managements, rotating shift (usually weekends have to work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guest that steps into the restaurant
• Able to convince all guest including hotel guest to walk in restaurant and upsell
• Understand the importance of proper etiquette and service standards
• Able to take directions from management and work well with
• team members
• Able to work around difficult situations and have problem solving skills
• Answer phone, take reservations by phone or walk in
• Bring guest to waiting area or their table when it is ready
• Help out with taking orders and presenting menu to guest Other duties assigned  

Additional Remarks:

• Applicants must be tall 165cm and above and pretty
• Able to present themselves well, speak good english
