[업무내용]
· Conduct daily service/security performance audit complete with observation reports
· Providing help and advice through communicating courteously with customers
· Handling customer complaints / major incidents / security issues
· Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
· Analysing statistics and data to determine the level of customer service
· Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
· Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
· Participate in daily Ground Operations Efficiency Monitor (GOEM) Performance standards to assist in operations and facilitate the smooth security screening process of passengers
· Other ad hoc duties as required

Need at least 2 years customer service experience
Must be presentable (good looking)

Age requirement : 21 and above
Nationality : Korean
Language proficiency : Very good English, and one other language other than korean.
