Years of Experience Required

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in Fine dining restaurant / Food and Beverage / Banks / Customer Service 

 

 

General Requirements 

• Basic knowledge in Wine and Dine service experience and delivery 
• Passion for sservice with good interpersonal skills 
• Good team player
• Good time management skills 
• Result oriented 
• Ability to multi task and work independently in a stressful environment 
• Ability to adapt and be deployed to different Centres
• Integrity and Trust
• Ability to speak English and one mother tongue language
• Said butler shall be well groom

 

 

[업무내용]

 

Service Standards and Delivery 

 

• Ensure delivery of good service in accordance to the service standards set as according to Company's Service Manual.
• Ensuring seamless execution of service experience and delivery, especially in Food and Beverage.
• Assist to coordinate all Food and Beverage service requirements for new Centre set-ups and any adhoc Client / VIP events.
