1. Front Desk Officer 

 

[업무내용]

• Performs check-ins and check-outs
• Ensure all reservations are entered timely and accurately 
• Handles guest's enquiries and eomplaints
• Attend to guests needs and ensure guests satisfactions
• Follow up on email enquiries
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance department 

[급여] 

 

Basic Sallary $1300 

추가지원 금액 Fixed Allowance $100 + housing $300 (일본어가능시 Fixed Allowance $520 ) 

 

 

2. F&B 

 

[업무내용]

• Responsible for offering friendly and efficient services to hotel guests
• Process guests' orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly 
• Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of cafe/restaurant operations
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to National Environment Agency's policy 
• Promote and sell our range of food and beverage items and products to walk-in customers
• Attending to customers' needs and enquiries 

[급여]

Basic Salary $1300

추가지원금액 Fixed Allowance $100 + Housing $300 (Premium F&B fixed Allowance $520 )
