● Job Description

• Perform front desk duties including reservations, cashiering, check-in & check-out
• Perform all duties with friendly and welcoming attitude
• Maintain and update hotel's property management system and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Attend to guest's queries and requests promptly and efficiently

● Job Requirement

• Speak, read and write English
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Works on weekend and PH
• Relevant working experiences in Hotel Front office or Customer service preferred.
