Dishwasher

- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized. Set up dish stations, including dishmachines and sinks. Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.

 

Front Desk Agent

- Greet guests at the front desk, answer any questions, recommend activities and restaurants to guests, and answer any phone calls. Check hotel guests in and out of their rooms, ensure that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel. Arrange transportation for guests, if needed. Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out.

 

Line Cook

- Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, slicing, dicing.
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, baking and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

 

Server

- Meet and greet guests, take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, take payment, communicate orders with the kitchen staff and help with customer service and cleaning.

 

Host/Hostess

- Ensure the guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the restaurant. Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant. Help guests with reservations and guide them to their table. Provide customers with menus and answer any initial questions they may have. Answer phones and schedule reservations.

 

Busser

- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners, and bus stations. Prepare dining room by cleaning and clothing tables. Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

 

Back Waiter

- Responsible for assisting front waiters by performing a variety of tasks: filling bread baskets and water glasses, removing empty plates, replenishing table supplies, making sure food is served in a timely manner, and accommodating special requests.
