Food Service Worker

- 업무내용 : Set-up station and perform assigned side work. Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating & arrival. Take orders of members/guests. Place orders with kitchen; inform cooks about any special cooking instructions. Assemble food on tray; procure items from each station as necessary. Remove soiled dishes. Suggest and upsell beverages and food items. Handle all cash and credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures. Keep working areas clean. Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager. Six months of bartending experience preferred. Must have valid Driver’s License to operate Beverage Cart.

 

- 급여 : $4.50/hr + tip up to $15/hour non-tipped, based on shift role/location (server, food runner, golf range server, etc…)

 

Cook

- 업무내용 : Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items required for line and special function purposes. Carefully follow standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all times. Use food preparation equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions. Clean workstation. Return unused food products to proper storage areas. Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed. Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices. Return soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas.

 

- 급여 : $12.50/hour

 

- 숙소제공여부 :  Rent is $90/week. Security Deposit is $300 with $100 non-refundable for cleaning, remaining deposit will be refunded based on condition of unit (deductions will be made from security deposit if repairs or excessive cleaning to units are necessary). Security deposit is payroll deducted. Housing complex requires mandatory background check 2 weeks prior to arrival and $110 housing registration/gate ID fee upon arrival.
