업무내용

- Managing 24x7 NOC operation
- Being the first responder to all alerts and problem reports while managing communications between departments

and handling crisis documentation and dissemination after the fact
- Responding to and resolving ticket logged both internally and externally
- Performing general system administration duties including OS patching and upgrades, batch job monitoring, system

and hardware diagnostics, and other activities to ensure optimal health and performance of all systems as required
- System Administration of customer environments both physical and virtual for managed and dedicated hosting clients
- Assisting senior level staff to configure customer requirements
- Escalating critical incidents to senior level staff for resolution
- Physical deployment of network device, server, cables, etc.
- Assembling server hardware for deployment and OS installation

 

회사 및 생활 정보

LA에서 자동차로 3-40분 정도 거리의 주변도시 Monrovia(몬로비아)에 위치한 네트워크 전문 기업입니다. 

회사의 주된 업무는 Client 들의 Network를 모니터링하여 보안을 책임지며, 혹시나 문제가 생겼을 때 이를 해결하고 지원하는 것입니다. 

회사의 업무 성격상 간혹 야간이나 주말에도 업무가 주어지는 경우가 있으니, 업무 스케줄에 대해서도 이해가 있어야 하겠습니다.

회사 주변에 3개의 버스가 다니고 있으나, 배차시간이 1시간 정도로 한국처럼 이용이 수월하지는 않습니다.
