[업무내용]

 

<QA&QC>
- Reinforce and maintain compliance.
- Monitors and reports changing requirements and compliance regulations.
- Drafts & maintains SOPs and any related documents.
- Oversees material and batch releases and the generation of Certificates of Analysis.
- Drives the implementation of corrective actions to resolve any quality-related issues and prevents recurrences.
- Any other functions related to QA department.
<R&D>
- Leads R&D product development activities.
- Leads all formulation development activities for assigned projects and ensures all milestones are met.
- Identifies technical and project risks and ensures strategies are developed to effectively mitigate risks.
- Develops, writes and validates test methods, to evaluate performance of products and prototypes.
- Tests products and prototypes and issues technology reports on product performance; prepares summary presentations for marketing and sales.
- Ensures key documentation is completed.
- Keeps organized and concise documentation on all experimental designs, test results.
- Knowledgeable about R&D processes and product commercialization; understands the product development process from concept, formula development, product evaluation and scale up through product launch.
- Ensures physical stability, performance criteria, processing capabilities, toxicological testing, microbiological testing, meeting claims targets, consumer appeal, cost effectiveness, commercial feasibility.
- Identifies needs gaps and opportunities; understands business needs and competitive landscape; develops ideas, concepts and prototypes to support the business.
- Evaluates competitive products, identifies new concepts, trends, and technologies, claims that can be leveraged into new products or upgrade existing products.
- Maintains awareness of technical development in related fields of science, as well as consumer and market trends in personal care innovation.
- Understands patents and technical literature and uses them in generating new ideas/ concepts.
- Establishes meaningful relationships with key suppliers; works with suppliers in identifying new ingredients and technologies to support marketing plans and exploratory programs.
- Creative thinker and self-starter with a high level of initiative, to explore and develop new innovations to integrate into new products.

캘리포니아 코로나 지역에 위치한 화장품 제조 및 연구를 전문으로 하는 기업입니다. 
코로나는 LA 다운타운에서 동쪽으로, 자동차 거리 1시간 정도에 위치한 주변 도시입니다. 
전 직원은 30여명이며, 회사 근처에 대중교통이 편리하지 않아, Uber/Lyft 또는 자차를 이용해 출퇴근이 가능해야 하겠습니다.
