포지션 : Production Management/QC/Technical Support 인턴

업무내용

• 핸드폰 repair/refurbish의 전 과정을 관리 감독.
• 프로덕션에 필요한 부품 및 엔지니어링 tool 주문 관리.
• 미국내 주류 이동통신회사(Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile...등)와의 업무협력 
• Quality Control, RF 테스트/컨트롤, 장비관리 지원업무. 
• 그 외, 프로덕션에 필요한 다양한 업무 지원

  • Develop English communication skills and learn how to communicate with customers
  • Undergo extensive training to fully understand the entire production process of cell phones
  • Support the company management on production supply chain solutions and engineering tools
  • Learn how to develop and achieve daily forecasts and production plans
  • Understand the production specifications of major U.S. carriers and ensure that finished products conform to the carriers’ quality standards
  • Provide assistance with research and development of cell phone components such as LCD screens and PCB boards
  • Assist with Quality Control, testing and controlling RF, and flashing equipment
  • Review and analyze lab tests/reports

급여 : $10.00 / 시급

 

COMMENT

본사는 택사스 Richardson에 위치하고 있으며, 다른 지점은 본사에서 차로 2-30분 거리에 위치한 Coppell에 두 지점이 있습니다. 현재 본사 포함해서 3개 지점 오프닝이 있으며 인터뷰 후에 어느 지점에서 근무하게 될지 회사에서 결정하는 방식입니다.

Coppell의 각 지점에는 130 여명, 450여명의 직원이 있으며, 인턴에게 '공항픽업 및 무상 기숙사와 출퇴근 카풀 제공'이라는 혜택이 있습니다. 

무상 기숙사의 경우는 대체로 3 bedroom Housing에서 인턴 3-4명이 함께 머물게 되며, 월 지불하는 Utility 비용만 인턴이 부담하게 됩니다. (한달에 100여불을 같이 나눠냄) 

기본 근무시간은 M-F / 7:30am - 5pm이나, 공학회사의 특성상 시즌에 따라 오버타임이 발생할 수 있으며, 이에 대하여는 시급의 1.5배의 급여를 지급합니다.
