포지션 : Logistics Operation Intern 

 

 

업무내용

• Intern Position for Logistics Operations:
  • This position is for applicants willing to learn about the details of international logistics from a hands-on approach of directly immersing in the daily activities of a global logistics firm like Pantos Logistics. 
  • The candidate will spend most of their time working directly with experienced professionals in the industry, assisting in the following activities:
• Core Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handling documentation
  • Data entry
  • Business reports (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Assisting in daily activities for domestic logistics, international logistics, and contract logistics
  • Market Research
  • The work environment will require constant communication in English
• Requirements:
  • English proficiency is a must (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Knowledge and interest of the logistics industry is preferred, but not required

 

급여 

 

• $13.00 - $15.00 /hour   +  구내식당 점심식사비 50% 지원

 

업무내용 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspect of import shipments
• Process/confirm necessary paperwork with utmost detail
• Prompt correspondence to customers
• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management

Qualification:

• Intermediate to advance level of MS Office required
• Excellent customer service/people skills
• Able to multi-task
